done early..help

i am smoking some baby back ribs...may be done about two hours before they dinner!
any ideas on best way to reheat without drying out...

Hi rcurry!!

When they are finished, simply wrap them in foil...real tight and then wrap again in towels and place in a dry cooler. They will keep hot for several hours. Not as long as the large roasts, but definitely for a couple hours.
