Doing strip loin roast and first corn of the season

So we're doing the first sweet corn of the season. Plus I cut a roast of of a prime strip loin. Lookin goooooood

Sorry about no invite. Anyway it was outstanding. The corn was like candy and melted in your mouth. On the grill in the husk when you find REALLY good sweet corn is the only way. I have to "cornfess" I ate 4 ears LOL. For the strip loin roast I used 2 smoke packets on the grill 1 hickory the other mesquite. I used the 4 burners on the outside of the grill far ones med next ones on low and the IR burner on low for some top heat and to help sear the fat cap.
