These will be my first ribs ....indirect cooking. I'll use my "hunt and pull" method from the cupboard for the rub, but any suggestions for the glaze at the end??? So do I kind of sear them at the start of the cook or the end of the cook? I'll snap a few pics as I go for you guys.....hope I don't mess them up. Got some jalapeno jam yesterday at the green house when I got my garden plants.....wonder what this will be good on for grilling?

....got 8 jalapeno plants while there

...yum.....planted 22 tomatoes, 8 green peppers, and 4 banana peppers, lots of green onions and still got my greens and beets to go in, and a few herbs......smack all that on the grill and we got something

Searing is unnecessary so I wouldn't bother. I do back ribs like this. What sort of approach were you thinking?

I'd consider making the jal jelly into the glaze.

I read the posts on the ribs there and I like how it sounds....just got some new ruby red gf juice yesterday too....what luck. My wheels are turning now....thank you
