Display UI Questions (fan bar)

Can someone please tell me what #1-4 represent in the web page user interface?

1 =
2 =
3 =
4 =

What does the entire fan bar range represent?
Is there any significance if 2,3,4 reach the far right end?

Thanks for the link. Further questions...
The UI output says 4%, but my configuration says: min 10%.
How is this explained?

The bar is actually the PID output, which always runs 0-100%. The blower speed is the lighter blue bar which will pulse between 0% and 10% if the output is 4%. The data only updates every few seconds though, so the timing may cause it to not always show the current value at every second.
