Doing a whole chicken in the WSM. Also trying a baked bean recipe in the WSM. I will post photo's later. I plan on apple wood and my own BBQ rub.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your bird Thomas. I too like applewood with chicken. I will sometimes mix it with just a bit of hickory or pecan.
