My family is having us over for a Jamaican Theme dinner. He is making a jerk chicken so I cant do that. What suggestions do you have for the WSM that I could bring to the table?

Also how do you cook OX tail I have never used it.

Jamaican Ginger Beer if you can find it in your area. Also, callalo (you could substitute kale, collards, turnip greens). Pumpkin bread.

If you want to buy some jerk sauce (and you like it HOT), you might find Gracefoods' product, Jerk Seasoning Hot. It's good.
