I get Popular Mechanics in Braille once a month. In the march issue auto editor Mike allen and friends are touring on motor cycles and they stop at a place called ridgewood in bluff city ten. those guys use pork and top round. I bet that would be great. I love fresh ham cooked at 325 in the oven. Has anyone tried pork or top round? I want more food.
 
Steve I noticed your in Denver, where abouts are you located? I may have asked before, if so excuse my poor memory. Thanks.....Chris
 
I've been to Ridgewood there, and although I didn't ask about cuts of meat, it was fabulous

I would say that it is still the best BBQ I have ever gotten in a resturuant.
