Day 4 of The Pig Pen relocation RIBS

I decided to move the Pig Pen festivities over to the East Oxford Grilling Station because of the heat. (Mark has central air, I dont.)

11am

Ribs on the mini.

No wireless temp monitors here. The view from the Fort Neenah bunker.

3:00PM

1 1/2 hours in. Almost time to wrap.

Here are the ribs after an hour in foil.

3 Sauced with Bhagwan Sauce and 1 with mustard sauce.

No stunt plate needed today, this is the real thing! With skillet potatoes and creamed cucumbers.

Yummm! I am so happy I built the mini WSM now.
