Darn good ribs -not BRITU

Just to be different, I bought some baby backs. Sprinlked Willingham all over them and then followed with a dusting of Willingham's Hot Stuff. Smoked over Apple and Hickory for 5.5 hours At hour 3 I turned them, and sprayed them with apple juice.

At hour 4.5, I mopped them with Stubb's Moppong Sauce.

My wife thinks these are the best of the recipes yet (including BRITU). Give it a shot, but go easy on the hot stuff, it is very hot.
 
Excellent! I know I have willinghams book somewhere, I'll have to check it out. I've never used the Stubbs moppin but I use Stubbs Pork,Chicken, and Meat marinades for a lot of things and love it. I also use Stubbs bbq sauce straight and mixed w/honey for the Britu in original and spicy varieties.
