Daisy Vents Replacements

Ive found a old grey BBQ Kettle but the 3 wheel vents are missing. Has anyone tried using the vents from the WSM as replacements? The weber website says it will work. Just thought I'd ask here before I moved forward.

Just order some new vents from weber. They have free shipping all of June. I ordered a bottom set of vents (3 total). I think it was about $7. Free shipping code is dad2012

The discs for the 18" kettle have 3 holes and are identical to the ones on the 18" WSM, but the 22" kettles (at least the later ones) have 4-hole discs.
