Easier? Better? Cheaper? I tried these from the Butt. ( that didn't sound right). It was good. Bacon wrapped. Would loin break down and be like a butt? This was like bacon wrapped pulled pork. This is what I used and cook.
In my area CSR's are cut from the butt. Apparently not so everywhere. This leads to confusion on how to cook them. The leaner cut of the loin with less connective tissue calls for different cooking method.
In my experience,if you cook a loin roast to make pulled pork , you get a different consistency to the meat. It is still tasty , but not as soft and juicy as pork butt. At least it seems so to me.
