CRR boneless ribeye

I was just at the grocery store and they had a CRR Boneless Ribeye 7.5#'s for 2.99/#

It was calling my name but I don't really know what to do with it. The butcher said it wasn't a great cut of meat but ...I am sure I can do something. This is just a rib roast right? but a lower qaulity.

What would you guys recommend?

With 7-1/2 LBs, I would experiment a bit. I would reserve 1/3 of the ribeye for steaks, 1/3 for low and slow sliced BBQ with your best sauce, and the final 1/3 would be marinated for skewers. It is cheap enought that if part of your experiment doesnt work out, you will not have lost much.
