Crossover bar ?

Sorry maybe this is an easy one. Fired up my rescue grill for the 1st. I cleaned up the tubes the best I could and got my new hose and regulator from weber. I had full tank of propane and tested it out. Would this be normal for the cross over bar to be jumpy or should it be solid blue

Looks normal/safe to me, I'd cook on that with no concerns. I have basic knowledge of these grills, but not expert level like Bruce, Joe, or some other members. I'm sure they'll chime in here pretty soon.
