Hello all,

since I have started smoking on my WSM, my coworkers are salivating over every microwave reheat smell that I create. However, I want them to appreciate the pure "goodness" that comes from non-microwaved BBQ. I have volunteered to bring in a 6# butt for monday which I started smoking on Saturday at 10:00 PM.

What is the best way to crock pot reheat pulled pork a day after the pulling? (i.e. liquid in the crockpot for moisture and how long to reheat at medium temp?)

thanks,
troy

Troy, I have reheated in crock pot several times. I like to add some apple juice and just let the Q come up to heat at the lowest setting of your pot. Just keep checking the meat for heat. You don't want to let it go too long or too high heat. You could end up with dry stringy meat. Not good.
