Hello all,
since I have started smoking on my WSM, my coworkers are salivating over every microwave reheat smell that I create. However, I want them to appreciate the pure "goodness" that comes from non-microwaved BBQ. I have volunteered to bring in a 6# butt for monday which I started smoking on Saturday at 10:00 PM.
What is the best way to crock pot reheat pulled pork a day after the pulling? (i.e. liquid in the crockpot for moisture and how long to reheat at medium temp?)
thanks,
troy
