Alrighty all!

I'm Craig, 27, from Aberdeen, Scotland. Currently working as an ROV pilot so for 6 months of the year I shall be attempting to hone my skills in the art of BBQ!

Just ordered my first ever BBQ and can't wait for it to arrive.

I went for the weber one touch premium. Going to order a maverick et-732 tonight.

Also have weber premium long lasting briquettes and weber pecan wood chunks to gete started.

Any advice to start off with would be great. Been reading a lot of posts on here.
