Couple spatch chickens

Spatched chicken is the only way to cook a whole bird in my opinion.
Agreed cant remember the last time I did it any other way. Normally i like to brine longer and 6 hours in the fridge but no time today only gonna get about 2 hours in the fridge. First one on the PK came out good. Ran it to 155 then spread the coals and went breast down direct with it a little too warm but it still came out ok. Burnt the wings a little.
