Some ribs I overcooked slightly yesterday on the Summit and a pizza. Did taco night last night so the pizza was salso, colby jack, ground beef taco flavored, pulled pork, red onions, tomatoes, more cheese, and cilantro. The pizzas was kids dinner tonight.

The ribs look great Preston, but this pizza rang my bell tonight. It's about time for pizza around here too! Nice cooks.

Yes sir. The rack on the left snapped on the bend test the one on the right still had some bite to it.
