Made a batch of country style ribs and 4 chicken leg quarters this week on WSM. Turned out great. Rubed down ribs and chicken the night before with apple juice and my own rub. Placed all on rib rack. Cooked on top rack. Ran WSM fairly warm 250 to 275 with full water pan. 2 chunks apple 1 chunk hickory. Removed chicken @ internal temp of 170 after about 3 hours. Removed ribs @ internal temp of 175. After about 4 hours. Wrapped in foil let sit for 30 min. Cut into chunks served with dipping sauce on the side. Smoke flavor was excellent. Jucy and tender. Good smoke ring. Color made mouth water. It's a keeper. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Sounds like you had some good eats goin' there. Would you mind sharing your rub recipe? How long you been using it?
