Country style ribs on the cheap


 
Very tasty looking pig meat... what did you think of the new rubs?

Thanks Mike. I liked them both. The flavors of each rub were definitely unique enough to differentiate themselves from the more conventional rubs in my pantry. Both rubs had a nice lingering heat without being overpowering.
