I have 2 pork shoulders at 7.5 # each and country ribs. Should the ribs go on the top rack and pork shoulders on the bottom? Does it make any difference. I plan on using yellow mustard as a coating to bond the rub. Any suggestions on rubs for Pork Shoulder? Any suggestions for rubs or cooking techniques for the country ribs?
