Country Ribs and Pork Shoulder

I have 2 pork shoulders at 7.5 # each and country ribs. Should the ribs go on the top rack and pork shoulders on the bottom? Does it make any difference. I plan on using yellow mustard as a coating to bond the rub. Any suggestions on rubs for Pork Shoulder? Any suggestions for rubs or cooking techniques for the country ribs?

Thanks for your help. This will be my first overnight cook for pork shoulder.

For ease of the cook, I would put the butts (shoulders) on the bottom rack and the country ribs on the top. That way, you don't have to move them from one grate to the other .. You are planning on waiting until tomorrow for the ribs, right? As far as rubs, I won't even go there this late in the game.

You can cook them together and place them as Bill described. But.....I would grill the country ribs to 160º, saucing during the last 15 minutes or so, versus smoking them. You can add smoke wood while cooking for the smoke flavor. If you want them falling off the bone, grill for color/char, then place in a foil pan with sauce, cover and continue to cook until fork tender.
