Awhile back, someone here had the great recommendation to try out Costco's Business Centers for meat. Glad I did. Butts with bone or no bone. Plenty of Select grade meats--e.g., clods, chuck rolls--but also Choice packers. Plenty of beef back ribs. What I thought was a nice, big assortment across the board.
For us BBQ'ers, beats their retail stores by a mile.
