I recently ripped Academy sports CS and rightfully so...but I have to post this because someone other than Weber CS finally gets it!! I've had 2 pair of Costas for about 7/8 years now. (I got my second pair bout 4 years ago) after I cracked a lens on my first pair while diving into a pool. Costas come with a full lifetime warranty, but I just never got around to sending the broken pair in to get repaired. That was until about 3 weeks ago. I filled out the form online creating my repair account, and gave a description of the repairs needed. I was informed that there would be an $11.repair fee. (I requested only warranty work to be performed on the lenses) I got an update last week, saying the repairs had been completed and the glasses would be shipped out soon. My Costas arrived today, not only did they replace both lenses, (only one was cracked) they also updated my glasses to the latest frames as well!! No questions were ever asked, no body ever tried to get me to upgrade to the latest greatest model, Costa just held up their side of the bargain, and then went well beyond!! Well done Costa, you now have a lifelong satisfied customer.
