Seattle Saar's Market has frozen Cornish Game Hens at $0.99 per pound in a bag of 10. My son loves this stuff. In fact, we've got some minor bragging rights.
Went to Seattle Golden Gardens park on the shores of Puget Sound. Brought all our liquid and dry fixings for a smoke on the ECB. While everyone around us was applying various and sundry ways to charcoalize their burgers and hot dogs, we set up a cherry wood smoke of our hens. Put them on stands, applied the cherry glaze and went to town. It was really fun to pop the top and see them standing proud like buff, young, cherry glazed Marines at attention!
