Smoking it is just another twist to making Corn Beef & Cabbage. My wife makes an amazing CB&C in the crockpot, but this is another method I'm going to tryPlease explain about smoking one. Stopped by WinCo in Reno this morning. Prices on the CB weren't that good but picked up some really nice Morel spares for $1.99/ and a Morel shoulder for $1.68/.$1.68 per pound, limit 2
