Some of the guys asked for SWMBO's corn casserole recipe. Here ya go:
I box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 egg
1/3 Cup Milk
8 oz Sour Cream
1 can Cream Corn
1 can Whole Kernal Corn ( drained)
1 Tbs Sugar
1/2 stick Butter (melted)
Mix ingredients. Pour in casserole dish (I used cast iron). Bake @ 350*. Stir about every 20 min. It's done when the center is firm and the top looks like corn bread.
