I cooked 2 full racks of chicken breast with bone in. I used the briine that is talked about in the chicken section. I brined for about 2 hours. Cooked for about 2 hours and last 20 min I add my home made bbq sauce to it. After we ate I made a batch of home made ice cream and some home made blue berry sauce to put on it. Well now I need to sleep it off. It all came out very good I think I might use less salt in the brine next time.
