Cooking St. Louis cuts with Baby Backs

Hey people. Is it possible to cook both St. Louis cut ribs and Baby Back cuts simultaneously? I notice some people only cook ribs about 3-4 hours and some folks cook them 4-5. If I cooked both style of cuts for 4-5 would they be alright? Thanks in advance...

Spares take more time so start them a couple hours before the BB.

My experience has been 5 hours for BB's, 6-7 for spares.
