Cooking Space Help

I am cooking for my company party and have been asked to cook 2 butt's and 2 packer's. The average butt in my area is about 8 lbs. and the packers are typically 12 lbs. Any idea how to get all this on my WSM? I would appreciate any advice.

Do one of both of the briskets in the kettles using the high heat method.

Search this folder for "high heat brisket" and the Charcoal Grill folder for how to control temps with a kettle.
