I have 18.5 WSM. Any tips on cooking two different meats at the same time? I am specifically interested in cooking ribs and brisket. Which one goes on top level, etc. Any advice is appreciated. - Thanks
Another thing to consider with placing meats is that you want to be careful about cross-contamination. For example, you wouldn't want to put a raw chicken in when your brisket is about to come off. Otherwise, just go for convenience.
