I'am from Holland, so I hope my English is good enough.
The 11th of october iam going to smoke some food for 13 people. I'am planning to make some ribs, a big roast beef and some fish. But I don't know what kind of fish i would use. I smoke salmon several times and I want to try something different. Do you guys have a suggest? I gonna make the roast beef for the first time, so tips are welcome.
