Having some of those ribs for lunch right now. Well, kinda messy so had to finish before replying. Anyhow, probably too late but did these yesterday (during a blizzard)for about 4 hours and then wrapped for 2 hours. They were practically falling off the bone so did not put back on without the foil. Unbelievably good.
