Complete dinner on the Weber Genesis

Dear Board,

It's nothing special but I like that I am managing to figure out how to do everything on the Genesis and have it be done on time to serve.

Tonight I did quartered red potatoes basted with Italian dressing, green beans with mushrooms grilled in garlic infused olive oil, and a nice sirloin steak seasoned with olive oil and Sylvia's Soul Steak Seasoning.
