Help!. Doing the competion ribs recipe, at the point where I'm going to foil them, but did a quick taste test of some of the end meat and, well, cough...gag...ack!
Me thinks I went a bit heavy on the rub. OR, is it supposed to be like that, and the liquid is going to wash away/mellow some of that out.
What can I do to save 'em?!?!?
