Safeway has a digital coupon in their weekly ad for these at $4.97/lb. They come in 2# bags, frozen, limit 4. I stocked up this AM. Great price! Will be grilling up some spicy skewers for supper this afternoon. Just made a batch of creamy Cole slaw to go with them.

More or less followed the recipe linked below. Jalapeño, scallions, garlic, cilantro, cumin, salt, pepper, EVOO. Hot cast iron. Quick cook. Steamed rice with cilantro infused butter, salt and lime juice. And a couple onion rings for some crunch...

I really agree with you Chuck…I use to eat everything now I only buy one type of shrimp and it is indeed wild caught……they taste awesome and they for sure don’t have that crap all up in them……I’m sure there are others but Costco sells this one particular brand…….
I will cook them soon and post up the important details…..the rub type marinade is an important detail.

Might make them with the slate fried rice I have been eating lately…..including tonight…….

But seriously I've not had any issue with these. The flavor is OK but nearly as good as wild caught.

Costco sells the frozen red wild caught shrimp from Argentina. Those are outstanding though not really big. Gotta be VERY careful with seafood and where it comes from. A lot of that stuff is raised very badly
