Coleman 5 Day cooler...

I bought a Coleman 5 day cooler at Wal-Mart, ... it has thicker walls and top than a Igloo... Bought it just to hold meat... I took a pork butt off the smoker at 11 o'clock a. m., wrapped it in heavy tinfoil and a towel... put it in the cooler... around 6 PM I took it out of the cooler and it was still too hot to hold w/o gloves.. Not a bad buy for $20.00... /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

I have replaced all my other coolers with the new 5 day versions. I have both Igloo and Coleman brands. There is a HUGE difference in the performance of these newer models. I tested them throughout the summer on our camping trips and the difference is truly amazing.

The only thing I don't like about the Coleman's is the "pushdown lid". No one ever shuts them completely tight. The Igloo's actually snap shut.

And of course, you need the wheels!
