I live in the DEEEEEEP South - near New Orleans. If we get a single flake here - the entire city - government, schools, and businesses immediately close down to watch. This happens about once every ten years or so...

That sounds like my kind of place! Our last 2 winters here have been enough to make me think about moving to the land of no snow.

Come on down to South Texas no snow here...last snow fall was December 24, 2004 most ever 9.5" of snow.
