Thanks for having me! I’ve been using an 18.5 WSM for over twenty years and been on TVWB for almost as long, so I guess I’m a fan.
Currently cooking a 19.5 pound prime brisket, central Texas style. Never done a piece of meat this big before, but I like a challenge.
