Coke Can Chicken

After making the Merkt's burgers for lunch I told my wife she was cooking dinner. Guess what? I ended up slaving over not one but 2 hot grills.

We had her father over too, so this only made sense.

Whole chickens are on sale now, so a bird went on the can with some Penzey's Northwoods Seasoning.

On grill #2 we had some corn on the cob and crash hots going.

Plated up with some more Northwoods.

Looks good. Is there a reason you crush the potato's? Do the explode or worse or just cook faster? I'm trying to add more to my cooks now.

Steve, those potatoes are called crash hot potatoes

They were recommended to be done in the oven, but are fantastic on the grill.

Excellent cook, Tim! Doncha just love cooking twice in the same day on the grill?
