Cleaning out da Freezer cook

Time to clean out the freezer and eat up what ya got before stocking back up....

Did 3 lbs Hot Ital Chicken Sausage
3 lbs Hot Pork Sausage
10 trimmed up boneless/skinless chicken breasts (2 ways) Brined in water/sugar/salt/apple juice
a) hot chipotle/cumin dry rub glazed
with homemade Chipotle Bacon BBQ Sauce
b) ital garlic dy rub glazed with mild bottled BBQ sauce for young inzs

And about 2 lbs of doctored up bushs baked beans....

used 3 apple and 1.5 hickory chunks with one full chimney of lit briq....
sausage and beans on first for about 40 minutes... then the chicken on top with foil over beans...

chicken was good but slightly dry (wife says too hard on myself) the sausages were AWESOME...

Highly recommend any newbie try sausages as an add-on to any cook...

I must say... i have done chickedn, pork butt, sausages and ribs so far.... my favorite THE BEANS.... pork
butt a close second... The beans are just toooooo goooood.....
