Citrus Sauce

1 T orange zest, grated very fine
1/3 c soy
1/3 c cider vinegar
3 shake Franks Red Hot
3/4 c ketchup
1 T+ honey

I use a micro plane to make the zest.

Warm zest, vinegar, soy on a very low flame. I think the heat helps to release the essence of the zest's oils. At any rate it smells really good as you warm it. Add 1 Tbsp honey. Stir.
Add ketchup, hot sauce. Adjust sweetness with additional honey.
