Cinco De Mayo Tequila Lime Grilled Shrimp Tacos and Margaritas!

Over the weekend I grilled out a couple of times. On Saturday (Cinco De Mayo) I grilled off shrimp, zuccini, and corn on the cob for a few friends. On the side we had homemade guacamole and salsa.

Everything prepped and ready to hit the grill. The shrimp are marinated in tequila, lime, jalapenos, garlic, and cumin.

I hate me admit it but the margaritas made me forget to get a shot of the finished, plated tacos. Oh well, They came out great!

I have had a few cooks where adult beverages got in the way. The pics started out great then diminished and became nonexistent the longer the cook went,
