One day I’ll actually learn how to cook a good meal. I am scheduled to make 4 Cheesecakes on the night of the 21st. Delivery of those is the 23rd. Trying to figure out if we’ll eat at home Xmas day or go out to a local Thai place. I’ve really been in the mood for grilled lobster tails and shrimp.

Brett-EDH TVWBB Olympian Dec 18, 2023 #12 recipe note: the bbq sauce was SBRs which i thinned out with pineapple juice. IMO, it made the SBRs much better and less thick without adding an overwhelming pineapple flavor. the ribs were dry rubbed with my own magic dust rub.
