So I go to COSTCO today to check on availabilty of chuck rolls and they guy behind the counter tells me they have them but they just started carrying them so he didn't have the price yet. He said he was willing to cut the price by $0.10 per pound from the roasts which brought it to 2.80 a pound...OUCH
I gave a few others in the area a call and they quoted me 1.90. The guy behind the counter told me he would look for the real price this week; so hopefully he will get the right price by the time I go back.
Now if only they would go back to bone in pork butts.
