Chuck Occhi


 
Thanks Guys and Mildo yes the pan searing finish was the plan, the brown sizzling butter does wonderful things to meat as it finishes the last minute or two. I usually do it with Ribeyes but it worked really well with these nice Occhi's, the taste was excellent
