Brined turkey breasts for several hours first. Pre boiled the potatoes and parsnips 15 minutes then added garlic and onion. In a smaller foil pan i put the carrots and sprouts. These all went about 45 minutes at 425 indirect then added a grate on top and dropped the temp a little and threw the breasts on top. Threw some butter and sour cream in the potatoes and rough mashed them by hand. These mashed potatoes are really good.
