Chris G spare rib method like his baby back recipe?

Yesterday I tried out Chris G's Competition Rib recipe located here and it was really, really good. Perhaps just a bit too done for my tastes. Maybe next time I'll shorten the cook just a bit, but overall they were very good.

I'd like to recreate that recipe with spare ribs instead of baby backs. What time adjustments should be made for the spare ribs?
 
Well the spares should be meatier than the BB so take a little longer.

Keep in mind that cooking times in recipes are a guideline but the way to tell if it is done is by probing or tugging on a bone.
