Chris, did you use any wood when you did the Dry-Aged Rib Roast? If so, how much and what kind?

Thanks, Doug. I read that whole article several times. I must be blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

Just look for the little pictures with wood sitting on top of briquets-- it's usually close by in the text.
