Chili taste but not the heat

What chili powders can I use for rubs that do not have heat in them? I have made my own rubs which came out pretty good but after looking at Kevin's Metamorphosis rub I want to try a rub that has more chili in it like that. I know I'm a weenie but I like the taste of food with peppers and chili without the heat. About the hottest thing I like are jalapanos with no seeds or membrane.

Aji mirasol, ancho, New Mex mild, negro pasilla, Aleppo, mulatto, guajillo. Some of these have a little to moderate heat--but easy to mix with others that have less to mitigate the level. Blends are often the way to go in many circumstances because different chilies have different levels and types of fruitiness and flavors, from deep/rich to light/bright.
