Ever tried Morton Hot Salt? It's a blend of salt and chipotle powder, and man is it good.

I put it on all kinds of stuff, but one of my favorites is a generous shake on plain ol' hard boiled eggs -- delicious.

I like chile and fruit but use less sugar--or none, depending on the fruit--and only a very tiny pinch of salt. (A tiny pinch of salt can bring out sweet, fruity flavors, more, imo, just tastes 'salty' on fruit.)

I like chile on mango, papaya, larger stone fruits, banana, most melons, pineapple.
